Prana Trading (Pty) Ltd is not registered for VAT. No VAT is charged on any sale and none is shown on any receipt.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). The price displayed is the price you pay for the goods; delivery is quoted separately at checkout before you pay.

An order is concluded only once your payment is successfully authorised. Until then, adding items to a cart reserves nothing permanently.

If an item is unavailable or a genuine pricing error occurs, we may decline or cancel the order. If we do, we tell you and refund you in full, promptly.

Payment

Payments are processed by Paystack. Your card details go to Paystack directly and never touch our servers.

We dispatch only after payment is confirmed.

Delivery

We deliver by insured courier within South Africa. The delivery cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

We aim to dispatch within 3 business days of payment. That is a target, not a promise — if we cannot meet it we will tell you by email. You receive tracking details when your order ships.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If the parcel arrives damaged, tell us — that is our problem to fix, not yours (see Returns).

Cancellation & returns

Under ECTA section 44 you may cancel an online purchase within 7 days of delivery, for any reason, and receive a refund of the purchase price. You carry the cost of returning the goods under this right.

Beyond the statutory right, we offer a voluntary 30-day return: if the piece does not earn its place on your counter, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The Returns & Refunds page sets out the conditions and the process.

Under the CPA, goods that fail, are defective, or are not as described are covered for 6 months from delivery: you may choose repair, replacement or refund, at no cost to you.

Nothing in these terms limits or waives your statutory rights.

The product

The Water Wand is a natural stone product — a stick of dolomitic marble, crafted in South Africa, sold together with a glass carafe. Veining, tone and surface vary from piece to piece; that variation is the material, not a defect.

Care is simple: rinse before first use; rinse to clean.

Liability

We are liable as the CPA and other law require, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Beyond what the law requires, our liability for any claim connected to a sale is limited to the price you paid for the goods, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
